I really appreciated that Bullion Sharks lays out the prices clearly. I hate shopping online and feeling trapped, like I have to keep clicking around or call someone just to figure out the real cost.
The checkout was exactly what I expected, with no random surprise fee popping up at the last second. That makes a big difference to me, especially when buying metals online.
Overall, it felt simple, straightforward, and low-pressure. I’d be comfortable using bullionsharks.com again.

My experience with Bullion Sharks was okay overall, nothing really bad, just kind of average. I did get answers to the questions I had, but it took a bit longer than I expected, and I ended up having to follow up once, which was a little annoying. Everything was clear, the shipping info showed up when it should, and my order went through without any issues. Simple and smooth, which is really all I was looking for.
